Islamabad : The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued a notice to the general public against the illegal sub-division of property. Off of Lehtrar Road, in Zone-4 of Islamabad, the notice specifically concerns the unlicensed booking and marketing of plots under the names “Galaxy Enclave/Mufti Mehmood Enclave” and “Vista Valley.”.
The notification was disseminated by the Directorate of Regional Planning after receiving clearance from the Competent Authority.

The most recent warning issued by the CDA serves as a cautionary note to the general public to exercise extreme caution when making financial investments in real estate and to double check with the CDA to confirm that any plots in which they are interested have been granted permission.
The letter also serves as a warning to developers, instructing them to adhere to the norms and regulations outlined by the authorities and to refrain from engaging in any illegal sub-division of land.
