The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has officially handed over the possession documents to allottees of the Sky Gardens Housing Project, Block A, during a formal ceremony led by Federal Minister for Housing and Works, Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada. The event marked an important milestone as possession was successfully transferred one year ahead of the scheduled timeline.

Minister Pirzada presented the possession documents to owners at the event, declaring the transfer as a positive and highly significant accomplishment. The area transferred for possession comprises 250 kanals in Block A of the Sky Gardens Housing Project.

Speaking at the ceremony, Federal Minister Pirzada expressed his sincere congratulations to the allottees. “I am delighted that this long-awaited project has finally reached completion,” remarked the minister, underscoring his satisfaction over resolving the extended delay.

Emphasizing his commitment towards transparency and public trust, Minister Pirzada clarified, “I am one minister who has no interest whatsoever in the property business. My sole priority is the timely completion of all pending development projects.”

The minister further described this ceremony as the first step towards rejuvenating stalled developments, stating, “Today’s event is just the first drop of rain; now our halted projects will begin to move forward.”

Minister Pirzada also conveyed empathy towards public grievances, affirming, “It deeply saddens me when people come to my department with complaints against the offices and their staff. I am now firmly committed to holding every corrupt individual accountable so that trust can be restored.”

Expressing determination and optimism, Pirzada concluded, “I strongly believe that from today onward, we will witness continuous and swift progress in the completion of pending housing projects, thereby restoring public confidence in my ministry and its institutions.”
