**Federal Ombudsperson Strengthens Institutional Collaboration for Grievance Redressal in South Punjab**

Federal Ombudsperson Ms. Fauzia Viqar has initiated a dedicated campaign to enhance institutional collaboration for effective grievance redressal mechanisms in South Punjab. As part of her two-day awareness drive in the region, she visited the Regional Office of the Wafaqi Mohtasib (Ombudsman) in Multan, emphasizing the importance of cohesive efforts between institutions.

During her visit, Ms. Viqar engaged in discussions aimed at harmonizing inter-institutional strategies to address complaints more efficiently. She highlighted the need to exchange best practices and share experiences to strengthen the capacity of grievance redressal systems. The dialogue underscored the objective of making complaint mechanisms more accessible and responsive for the public, ensuring that services are widely recognized and utilized throughout South Punjab.

The awareness drive, including such high-level engagements, reflects a broader initiative to expand institutional outreach, foster public trust, and ultimately improve the responsiveness of government agencies in addressing citizens’ concerns.
