Uzbekistan Independence Celebration Hosted by RCCI and Ambassador

The Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (RCCI) joined in celebrations marking the 34th anniversary of Uzbekistan’s independence, with a grand reception hosted by Uzbek Ambassador Alisher Tukhtaev. RCCI President Usman Shaukat attended the event as Guest of Honor, accompanied by RCCI Vice President Fahad Barlas.

The event brought together several high-profile dignitaries, including Federal Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi and the Prime Minister’s Coordinator on Tourism, Sardar Yasir Ilyas. The celebratory gathering not only paid tribute to Uzbekistan’s impressive progress over the past three decades but also highlighted the country’s economic and social achievements.

Speakers and attendees emphasized Uzbekistan’s commitment to continued development, showcasing the country’s vision for a “New Uzbekistan.” The reception served as a platform to strengthen diplomatic and economic ties and to recognize the achievements that have positioned Uzbekistan as a growing and forward-looking nation.
