Academic Excellence Award 2025 Celebrates Student Achievement

The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) in Islamabad celebrated academic excellence by honoring the top 20 students from the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) Annual Examinations. The Academic Excellence Award Ceremony recognized both the achievements of high-performing students and the collective dedication of teachers and parents.

The event was attended by key government figures, including the Minister for Education Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Minister of State Ms. Wajiha Qamar, and Federal Secretary Mr. Nadeem Mahbub. They commended the students for their hard work and perseverance, highlighting the significant role of educators and families in supporting academic success.

This year’s examination results reflected strong performance, with a 94.11 percent pass rate achieved by SSC-II students, totaling 13,731 successful candidates. For HSSC-II, the pass rate stood at 81.93 percent, with 12,078 students clearing the exams. These outcomes underscore the progress in educational standards and student commitment across federal institutions.

Awards were presented to the highest achievers at the ceremony, reinforcing FDE’s mission to nurture future leaders and innovators for Pakistan. The event served as both a celebration of individual accomplishments and a reaffirmation of the directorate’s dedication to educational excellence.
