**Ethiopian Ambassador Emphasizes Youth’s Vital Role in Green Development During Islamabad Ceremony**

Ethiopian Ambassador Dr. Jemal Beker Abdula highlighted the pivotal role of youth in advancing Ethiopia’s green development efforts during a high-profile gathering in Islamabad. The event, attended by the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, marked the achievements of the Youth Engagement and Resilience Initiative, spearheaded by the HRD Network (HRDN).

During the meeting, Ambassador Dr. Jemal Beker Abdula underscored the dynamic contributions of Ethiopian youth as part of the Green Legacy Initiative, led by Ethiopian Prime Minister Dr. Abiy Ahmed Ali. He noted that youth engagement has been instrumental in accelerating the country’s green economic development, particularly through large-scale environmental campaigns and sustainable initiatives.

Governor Faisal Karim Kundi and the Ethiopian Ambassador discussed avenues to further fortify ties between Pakistan and Ethiopia. Both leaders agreed to deepen bilateral and multilateral cooperation, with a special focus on collaborative youth and green development projects, reflecting shared priorities for sustainable progress in both nations.
