RAWALPINDI, Aug 19, 2026: A spiritually uplifting gathering of Zikr and Quranic teachings was held at Idara Taleemat-e-Islamia, Khayaban-e-Sir Syed, under the patronage of renowned religious scholar Allama Syed Riaz Hussain Shah.
Allama Hafiz Sheikh Muhammad Qasim conducted the proceedings of the gathering.
A special lecture was delivered on the blessed birth of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa ﷺ, his Seerah, exalted status and virtues, and the importance of love for the Prophet ﷺ.
The speaker highlighted the blessed signs preceding the birth of the Holy Prophet ﷺ and narrated accounts related to the blessed dreams of Hazrat Amina (RA), stressing the importance of love and devotion to the Prophet ﷺ.
Addressing the gathering in the light of verses from the Holy Quran, Syed Riaz Hussain Shah said the noble personality of the Holy Prophet ﷺ was a great blessing from Allah Almighty and a mercy for all humanity.
He urged the participants to make the Seerah of the Holy Prophet ﷺ a practical model for their lives, strengthen their connection with the Quran and Sunnah, and promote love, brotherhood, good character and Islamic values in society.
The gathering concluded with a special prayer for the safety and prosperity of the country and nation, unity and solidarity among the Muslim Ummah, and the ability to develop true love for and follow the teachings of the Holy Prophet ﷺ.
