Dr. Muhammad Afzal Babar, founder and central president of the Private Schools Network Islamabad and Divisional Commissioner of the Islamabad Boy Scouts Association, congratulated Tariq Aleem Gul on assuming the post of Secretary of the Pakistan Boy Scouts Association.
Dr. Babar offered his best wishes to Tariq Aleem Gul following Gul’s appointment and acknowledged the importance of strong leadership for advancing scouting activities and youth development across the country. The exchange underscored ongoing cooperation between educational and scouting organizations in Islamabad.
