ICCI and Bahria Town Sign MoU for Business Community Benefits

In a significant move aimed at boosting collaboration and providing tangible support to the business community, the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI) and Bahria Town Rawalpindi have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Under this newly signed partnership, ICCI members will receive exclusive discounts on selected services provided by Bahria Town, while ICCI will support Bahria Town by promoting its range of projects across official social media channels.

The signing ceremony took place at the ICCI premises, where ICCI President Nasir Mansoor Qureshi and Bahria Town Rawalpindi’s Deputy Chief Executive, Sajid Ilyas, officially signed the agreement. Speaking at the event, ICCI’s President, Nasir Mansoor Qureshi, highlighted that this collaboration underscores ICCI’s commitment to fostering value-added partnerships for the greater benefit of the regional business community.

On behalf of Bahria Town Rawalpindi, Deputy Chief Executive Sajid Ilyas elaborated on their varied portfolio of initiatives, including upscale housing developments, equestrian activities, and reputable golfing facilities. He stressed that Bahria Town remains dedicated to elevating living standards and promoting extensive community development through high-quality services and infrastructure.

Adding their perspectives, ICCI Senior Vice President Abdul Rehman Siddiqui and Vice President Nasir Mehmood Chaudhry reaffirmed the Chamber’s mission to actively advocate and create opportunities for enhancing local business ecosystems. Both expressed their confidence that the agreement with Bahria Town would prove mutually beneficial to both organizations and their affiliates.

The event drew attendance from several prominent business representatives and officials. From Bahria Town, attendees included Director Ahmed Ali, Senior General Manager Finance Tahir Hanif, General Manager Human Resources Kaleem Ullah, and Deputy General Manager Marketing Muhammad Awais. ICCI was represented by Executive Member Waseem Chaudhry, members Ehtesham Chaudhry, and prominent business leaders Shakeel Ahmed, Sammar Abbas, and Atif Hussain.

This strategic cooperation between ICCI and Bahria Town Rawalpindi is expected to open additional avenues for mutually productive interactions, benefiting both the business community and the broader society.
