ISLAMABAD: District Health Officer Islamabad Dr Syeda Rashida Batool, accompanied by the Additional Deputy Commissioner Islamabad and the DG Health Services MCI, visited the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) and the Federal Government Polyclinic Hospital Islamabad on the directives of the Prime Minister of Pakistan.
During the visit, the officials reviewed the availability of medical facilities at both major government hospitals, the services being provided to patients and the overall service delivery system.
The visit was carried out in light of the Prime Minister’s instructions to assess healthcare facilities and service delivery at Islamabad’s key public hospitals.
