Members of the Khal Management Committee formed under the Department of Irrigation Reforms met in Jhang to review progress and formally acknowledge contributions that led to completion of a long-standing farmers’ demand. The meeting brought together all committee members to assess outcomes and record appreciation for key officials.
The committee expressed special thanks to Deputy Director Aamir of the Department of Irrigation Reforms, Jhang, noting that his personal interest and hands-on role were instrumental in bringing the work to completion. Members said Deputy Director Aamir’s involvement helped overcome delays and ensured the project reached its intended stage.
Gratitude was also extended to former educationist Muhammad Bakhsh Khokhar for his supervision and personal oversight of the work. Committee members highlighted Mr. Khokhar’s guidance during implementation and voiced the hope that he will continue to support development initiatives for the area.
The meeting underlined the importance of continued coordination between local stakeholders and the Department of Irrigation Reforms to maintain momentum on development priorities, with the Khal Management committee reaffirming its commitment to follow up on implementation and community needs.
