Law Minister Assures Support to Rawalpindi Bar

Federal Law Minister pledges full support to Rawalpindi Bar for infrastructure upgrades and welfare after delegation meeting on women lawyers facilities and transport.

A delegation from the Rawalpindi Bar Association met Federal Minister for Law and Justice Senator Azam Nazir Tarar today to raise key issues affecting the local legal community.

During the meeting the delegation briefed the Law Minister on concerns facing lawyers and the association, presenting plans for refurbishment and upgrade of bar premises. Proposals focused on repairs and furnishing of bar rooms for women lawyers, improved transport arrangements and other facility enhancements to support daily practice.

Senator Tarar assured the visitors that the Ministry of Law and Justice would extend full cooperation to strengthen bar infrastructure and advance welfare measures for practitioners. He underlined the ministry’s commitment to facilitate timely upgrades and to coordinate necessary support for implementation.

Barrister Aqeel, Minister of State for Law and Justice, was also present and reiterated the government’s readiness to assist. The Rawalpindi Bar delegation welcomed the assurances and indicated they would submit detailed proposals to move the projects forward.
