PKNC Hosts Reception Dinner at Nutrition Conference

PKNC Reception united Pakistan and Korea delegates at UAF during the Nutrition in a Changing World conference, highlighting collaboration in food and nutrition.

The Pak-Korea Nutrition Center (PKNC) at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad hosted a distinguished reception dinner as part of the International Conference “Nutrition in a Changing World: Advancing Science in Food and Nutrition.” The PKNC Reception brought together academic leaders, policymakers and international partners to celebrate a shared vision for stronger food and nutrition systems in Pakistan and beyond.

The event was attended by senior university and project officials including Prof. Dr. Zulfiqar Ali, Vice Chancellor UAF; Mr. Je Ho Yeon, Country Director KOICA Pakistan; Prof. Dr. Jaehan Kim, Project Manager Consultant; Prof. Dr. Imran Pasha, Dean FFNHS; Prof. Dr. M. Issa Khan, Director General NIFSAT; Prof. Dr. Atif Randhawa, Central Project Director; Prof. Dr. Beenish Israr, Chair Nutrition & Public Health; Prof. Dr. Asif Kamran, Registrar; Mr. Rana Asif, TSO; Dr. Allah Rakha, Chair Policy Advocacy & Outreach; Dr. Mian Kamran Sharif, Chair Product Development & Value Addition; Dr. Kashif Iqbal Khan, Chair Food Processing; and Prof. Dr. Moazzam Rafiq Khan.

Key international and national delegates also joined the PKNC Reception, reinforcing Pakistan–Korea cooperation. Among those present were Ae Rang Lee, Younggeun Lee, Danbee Yim, Dr. Sadaf Shakoor, Dr. Sadia Ilyas, Prof. Dr. Uzma, Dr. Aslam Asif, Dr. Sarfraz, Ms. Munazzah, Dr. Safina, Dr. Shazia Zahra, Dr. Rao Zahid, Dr. Kun Cho, Dr. Myungin Ho, Y.P. Soyung Ga, Y.P.
