The Pakistan Medical & Dental Council marked the first anniversary of Marka-e-Haq and Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos by paying Kharaj-e-Tahseen to the nation and the Armed Forces in a statement issued from Islamabad on 10 May 2026. President Prof. Dr. Rizwan Taj said the recognition underscores the Council’s respect for those who defended the country’s sovereignty and dignity.
Prof. Dr. Rizwan Taj noted that Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos showcased the professional excellence and military capabilities of Pakistan’s Armed Forces under the leadership of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir. He said the success of the operation and the courage shown during Marka-e-Haq will remain a lasting symbol of national unity and resilience.
In acknowledging the exceptional services of Pak Army healthcare professionals, rescue teams and other personnel who served during the operation, PMDC paid Kharaj-e-Tahseen as a formal expression of appreciation. The PMDC tribute recognizes patriotism, dedication and the sacrifices made by medical teams who worked under challenging conditions to protect lives.
The Council highlighted the nation’s pride in its martyrs and ghazis, saying that during Marka-e-Haq the country stood united like a solid wall. The achievements of the Armed Forces in the operation reflect not only military skill but also the collective determination and solidarity of the Pakistani people.
