Islamabad: ABHI Microfinance Bank has partnered with Islamabad Feeds to introduce an advance salary facility for employees, according to the announcement shared on Monday.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Umer Rauf, Head of Digital Financial Services, ABHI Microfinance Bank, and Mr. Ali Aslam, CEO, Islamabad Feeds. The partnership reflects ABHI Microfinance Bank’s focus on digital financial solutions and greater financial inclusion in Pakistan.
Under the collaboration, employees of Islamabad Feeds will be able to access a portion of their earned salary before payday through a digital process. The facility is aimed at helping employees manage unexpected expenses, improve cash flow and meet financial commitments without relying on high cost borrowing or informal lending.
The initiative is also intended to support financial resilience by giving employees timely access to earned wages and reducing financial stress. Both organisations said the partnership is designed to promote employee financial wellness and responsible financial management.
Representatives from ABHI Microfinance Bank and Islamabad Feeds highlighted the role of digital financial services in building a more financially secure workforce. They said the collaboration reflects a shared vision of improving employee financial flexibility and workplace financial well-being.
