Coca-Cola Pakistan has been honoured with the “Consumers’ Preferred Beverage of the Year Award” at the 17th Consumers’ Food Safety and Quality Conference & Awards.
The annual conference was organised by the Consumers Association of Pakistan (CAP), which serves as one of the country’s leading platforms for recognising corporate excellence, food safety and standards.
According to the organisers, the award for Coca-Cola Pakistan was conferred after a stringent evaluation of consumer sentiment and regulatory compliance by CAP. The recognition reaffirmed Coca-Cola Pakistan’s stated commitment to corporate excellence, food safety and standards.
The 17th edition of the conference was attended by a large number of regulators, senior bureaucrats, members of trade associations and general consumers.
Farid Ahmad Tarar, Chairman of the Competition Commission of Pakistan, presented the award. In his address, he said fair and transparent businesses must be supported by the government and consumers so that they could further flourish and contribute to Pakistan’s economy.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Faisal Hashmi, Senior Director, Coca-Cola Pakistan, said: “Receiving the Consumer’s Preferred Beverage of the Year Award from the Consumers Association of Pakistan is a deeply humbling recognition of the confidence millions of Pakistanis place in our brand every day. This recognition reflects our continuous commitment to quality, strict regulatory compliance, and operational excellence implemented by our bottling partners Coca-Cola İçecek.”
Over the years, CAP has recognised leading international and domestic market leaders for adherence to product integrity and consumer protection.
By securing the award, Coca-Cola Pakistan has reinforced its position as an industry benchmark in quality management and corporate responsibility, continuing to set high standards for brands in Pakistan. CAP maintains that corporate accountability and rigid quality assurance are essential pillars for earning long-term confidence and fostering a healthier commercial ecosystem.
