Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has inaugurated a newly established Day Care Center at its headquarters in Karachi, marking an important step towards creating a more inclusive workplace for female employees and enhancing employee well-being.
The inauguration ceremony was presided over by Air Vice Marshal Zeeshan Saeed, SI(M), Director General of Pakistan Airports Authority. Prominent officials who attended the event included Deputy Director General Airports, Sadiq Ur Rehman; Deputy Director General Works & Development, Sumair Saeed; Director HR, Abid Ali; along with numerous officers from PAA.
During the event, Air Vice Marshal Zeeshan Saeed warmly engaged with the attending officers, discussing informally the importance and impact of the new initiative. He emphasized the organization’s firm belief in supporting female employees, underlining their substantial contribution to the growth and excellence of the authority.
Mothers present at the ceremony expressed strong appreciation for the newly opened Day Care Center. They highlighted how the facility would significantly alleviate their concerns regarding childcare, allowing them to perform their work duties with increased focus and efficiency, knowing their children were safely nearby and properly cared for.
Speaking on this occasion, Air Vice Marshal Saeed reiterated: “Women are an integral part of PAA’s growth and excellence. We are fully committed to taking every possible initiative that ensures their well-being and boosts their productivity.”
