Asma Butt, Director, Writer and Chief Executive of Dolphin Communication, has said that September 6, Defence Day, holds an important place in Pakistan’s history as it reminds the nation of the sacrifices rendered by martyrs and veterans in defence of the country.
In her Defence Day message, Asma Butt said the occasion provides an opportunity to renew the national resolve to remain united for Pakistan’s security, sovereignty and national unity.
She said the sacrifices of the martyrs are a guiding light for the nation and continue to inspire the younger generation to uphold patriotism, unity and responsibility.
Asma Butt said the defence of Pakistan is not limited to the protection of its borders, adding that contributing to the country’s development, peace and stability is also a national responsibility.
