Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq congratulated the nation following the successful launch of the EO-3 satellite, calling the mission a landmark in Pakistan’s scientific and technological progress. He said the achievement demonstrates growing national capability in space science and innovation.
The Speaker praised the scientists and engineers of SUPARCO for their dedication and professional excellence, noting that their efforts were central to the success of the EO-3 satellite. He emphasised that such missions reflect the steady rise of Pakistan’s technical expertise and self-reliance in modern technology.
Highlighting the practical value of the EO-3 satellite, Sadiq pointed to its role in earth observation, environmental monitoring, disaster management and urban planning. He said the satellite will significantly strengthen Pakistan’s capacity to respond to environmental challenges and improve planning for sustainable development.
He also acknowledged the support and cooperation extended by China for the mission, describing the partnership as enduring and productive. The Speaker observed that continued collaboration in science and technology with international partners is enhancing bilateral ties and opening new avenues for shared progress.
