ISCE 2026 comes to Islamabad May 3-6, uniting 30,000 students and 100+ universities with innovation pavilions, competitions and an education expo.

ISCE 2026 will bring a major student-led gathering to Islamabad from May 3 to May 6, 2026, attracting thousands of students, universities and industry representatives from across Pakistan and abroad. Organizers expect the four-day convention to serve as a key platform for academic exchange and cultural interaction.

Event planners say more than 30,000 students and over 100 universities, educational institutions and corporate partners are likely to participate. The initiative builds on previous editions held in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Northern Sindh and Faisalabad and aims to remain one of Pakistan’s largest student-led academic and cultural platforms.

Collaboration with the Higher Education Commission and OIC-COMSTECH alongside other leading institutions strengthens the academic profile of the gathering. The inauguration and major activities will take place across multiple campuses including Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad, Riphah International University, Pak Austsia Fachhochschule, Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology and National Skill University.

The programme includes more than 35 student competitions, indoor sports events, five targeted workshops, innovation and industrial pavilions, an education expo, cultural showcases and interactive sessions designed to foster dialogue, creativity and collaboration. ISCE 2026 organisers stress the mix of academic, cultural and industry-focused events as central to the convention’s objectives.

Student competitions are set up to highlight academic talent and creative problem solving, while indoor sports will promote teamwork and healthy competition among participating institutions. Workshops and interactive sessions will offer practical learning and networking opportunities for attendees from diverse regions.

Innovation and industrial pavilions will display emerging technologies, student research and entrepreneurial projects from universities and corporate partners. The education expo will provide a direct avenue for students to explore admission routes, scholarship options and academic programmes offered by participating institutions.

Universities nationwide have been invited to join through institutional stalls, student delegations, competitions and joint branding opportunities, and institutions are asked to nominate focal persons to ensure smooth coordination and active engagement during the event.

Organisers expressed hope that the sixth edition will become a landmark moment for youth development, strengthen academic networking and promote national collaboration, reinforcing Islamabad’s role as a hub for higher education initiatives in Pakistan.
