The Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering (MP&TE) Directorate of Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has issued notices to owners of four illegal housing schemes, including Capital Orchard, Prime Valley, Arizon City, and Citi Housing.

The Director General of RDA, Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa, has warned the public against these illegal schemes and directed action against the owners.

The Planning Wing of RDA is submitting applications to concerned police stations to file FIRs against the owners of these schemes.

The owners and sponsors of these schemes are misleading the public through false advertising, and the RDA has requested the Cyber Crime Wing of the FIA to take legal action against these ads.

These offences are punishable under Rule 37 of Punjab Development Authorities Private Housing Schemes Rules, 2021.

The public is advised to avoid investing in unauthorized schemes and to verify with RDA before investing.
