Awaam Pakistan membership drive gains pace as Chaudhry Inam Zafar reviews progress and outlines the partys next electoral plans.

Awaam Pakistan’s membership drive picked up momentum at an organizational meeting held at the party secretariat in Waris Khan, Rawalpindi, where Central Vice President Chaudhry Inam Zafar chaired the proceedings and reviewed the latest progress of the campaign.

Party organizational officials and workers briefed him in detail on the expansion of the membership campaign, while Chaudhry Inam Zafar praised their dedication and urged them to maintain the same pace in strengthening the party’s presence at the grassroots level. He thanked the participants for their commitment and encouraged them to continue reaching out to the public with the party’s message.

Speaking to those present, he said the membership drive and organizational strengthening efforts were moving quickly in Rawalpindi and across the country. He stressed that office-bearers and workers should actively connect with people and persuade more citizens to join Awaam Pakistan.

Chaudhry Inam Zafar also said the party intends to field its own candidates in the upcoming Cantonment Board elections. He explained that the party did not contest the recent elections in Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir because its registration in those regions has not yet been completed. He added that the membership campaign has now officially been launched in Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir as part of the party’s wider organizational expansion.

On the question of the upcoming Azad Jammu & Kashmir elections, he said any decision on support for a candidate or constituency would be taken after consultation with the central leadership, and workers as well as the public would be informed accordingly. He further said that once registration is completed in the relevant regions, the party’s central leadership will announce its future political and electoral strategy after due consultation.

During the meeting, National General Council members Sardar Nazir Ahmed Kashmiri, Samina Shoaib and Mumtaz Bhatti from the Minority Wing also consulted with Chaudhry Inam Zafar on the membership drive and submitted completed forms of new members, along with their full particulars, at the party secretariat.
